Villa Louloudia is the perfect villa to choose if you are looking for a
peaceful, secluded location, amazing sea views and a larger than usual
swimming pool. Add to that stylish rooms all with sea views and all the
modern conveniences you would expect, plus incredibly comfortable beds
(all mattresses are CocoMatTM) this is an idyllic spot for your
holiday.

Situated just 800 metres off the main road to Skala, and just outside
the small village of Ratzakli on the far south of Kefalonia, the
amazing huge sandy beach of Kaminia is just below Villa Louloudia
(access is via a rough sandy footpath* – around 800 metres or for the
less intrepid, around 2 kilometres by road) The beach is also known as
Turtle Beach and is the site of nesting Caretta Caretta turtles, with
soft, golden sand and gently shelving sea, ideal for bathing. There are
even a couple of tavernas on the beach. The village of Ratzakli offers
a café bar that doubles up as a mini market which offers basic supplies
and the main resort town of Skala is 3.5 kilometres away - not even 10
minutes’ drive.

Villa Louloudia is very well equipped with a spacious, comfortable
living/dining room and fully fitted kitchen all leading out to the pool
area and terraces which enjoy those wonderful views. On this level is
the first bedroom with its own shower room and an extra guest WC. The
remaining bedrooms with their own shower are both on the upper floor,
with sea facing balconies, looking over the pool and across the wooded
hillside down to the beach and across to Zakynthos and beyond.

We think this house is perfect for families with older children who
will really enjoy the large pool, and for couples. Comfortable seating
on the terrace is ideal for an evening drink whilst enjoying the fading
light over the sea before heading off for dinner in nearby Skala.
